What is Missional Church?

An interactive workshop introducing people to the basic concepts of why a missional DNA is needed. This interactive event gives people language for what they are experiencing, connects them to biblical resources and outlines how a church, or group of churches, can enter a process of innovating missional life from the bottom up.

Forming Mission-Shaped Groups

This workshop provides the concepts, tools and resources to develop small groups in local churches that shape their lives and practices around missional life in the communities where they live and work.

Listening to your Context

Missional life is about moving back into the neighborhood and connecting again with the places and people where we live and work. This workshop provides easy to understand concepts, tools and resources for assisting local churches in this journey back into the neighborhood. It will assist people to understand how to see what is happening in a community, the kinds of people who make it up, where they have come from, the images shaping their lives and the desires that form them at this moment. This introductory workshop is for pastors and all those needing to understand the challenges of local church leadership today. This workshop introduces the basic ideas of missional church and provides a simple, clear outline of how a local church can begin the journey. Innovating Change for the Mission-Shaped Church

How do leaders manage the huge change challenges in local churches? How do they do this in ways that create environments for mission-shaped life? Change is a familiar reality, but its level, pace and shape has become a huge challenge for church leaders.
