We can provide you with a team of highly experienced and gifted leaders who are able to provide coaching experiences as you need them.

Phone Coaching

Allelon's on-line resources for the mission-shaped church are high quality tools for pastors, leaders, executives, congregations and teams. While they are exceptional resources for change on their own we believe they are best used in partnership with an experienced coach from outside of one's system who is able to offer feedback, listen deeply to what is going on in a particular context and provide guidance through a process of transformation. Along with these rich resources, Allelon also offers coaching and consultation in their use. Regular consultation with an experienced coach provides the greatest opportunity for change and transformation.

Surveys

Our Surveys are available for purchase as stand-alone resources, however, we believe they will be most effective if used in conjunction with an experienced coach. Our Surveys are powerful tools for transformation when used as part of a process of discovery in which a coach facilitates reflection, deep understanding and application in one's own particular context. This process of discovery can also be done with a group of leaders. For example, the Mission-Shaped Leader Survey is often completed by groups of pastor/leaders connected geographically or through a denominational system. This process offers a group of pastor/leaders the opportunity to learn from one another, build coalitions and enter a process of missional transformation in partnership.

Workshops

Our Workshops are also excellent stand-alone events that allow you to bring a wide range of people together for a dynamic learning experience. These events are great opportunities to launch a process of transformation around the particular challenges in your community, congregation or system. Our experienced coaches are available to walk through a process of reflection, discernment and follow up with you so that these events become significant times of growth and learning.
